OMG! Which stands for Oh My Greg, what a fantastic job YOU and your ENTIRE CREW did in building our 24×20 two car garage. 31 days from estimate to turning over the remotes to the garage door openers. Your crew was polite, considerate, worked well together and turned over a finished product that went beyond our expectations! You stepped us through the process, gave us "estimated" dates for each progressive step and, with the weather cooperating, were able to deliver ahead of schedule. WOW! There was not even a single nail, piece of wood or shingle that we had to pick up….100% cleaned up as promised. We gave you the concept, wanted it to match our house, and now it looks like the two were built at the same time…matched right down to the exterior lights. "GC Renovations remodeled a bathroom in one of my apartment units and did a great job. The job consisted of removing all fixtures, gutting the entire room, replacing the subfloor, sheetrock, finish flooring and all the fixtures. The layout of the bathroom was very tight and Greg had some good suggestions to move the shower and the vanity which opened up the room a lot. He was true to his word, was there when he said he would be and finished the job on schedule. I had a tenant moving into the apartment in less than a week and Greg and his crew worked long days to get the job finished so the tenant could move in on time. “Phase one complete? Greg Cronk, Owner of GC Renovations, just completed siding our home and studio buildings. Between weather and much needed repairs, he and his crew worked through adversity and did a fantastic job! We ran out of time due to weather, but in the spring, the new landscaping, driveway paving, door painting, and some other nice touches will finish it all off. If you are looking to have any work done like this, call Greg. He shows up early, stays late, does what he days he’ll do (and more), for a fir price. Plus he knows what he’s doing and he’s honest-he’d rather do something right the first time rather than “cheap it out” and have to redo next year. Call Greg at 207-290-7129. Your team is professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. This was the greatest experience ever in getting something built. Even the estimate was great.
